Frequently Asked
Questions
When you bring your car to our shop, we work quickly to diagnose the problem and determine what parts are needed for the repair. We can usually get the parts the same day or the next day. We’ll give you an estimate of when the work should be done, and keep you updated the whole time.
The first step in figuring out how much it will cost is diagnosing the problem. Once we perform the diagnostics, we’ll give you an estimate that includes diagnostics, parts, and labor. Our goal is to give you the most accurate and transparent estimate we can.
AutoZone checks the codes on your car’s computer and gives you the most common reason for that code to read, then sells you the part to fix it. But the most common reason for that code is not always the answer to your problem. When we diagnose your car, we go deeper to find the root cause before we order parts, so we don’t waste your time or your money.
